Shipping policy

Branded by BC – Shipping PolicyAt Branded by BC, we work hard to make sure your custom apparel gets to you safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.

Processing Times

  • All items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships.

  • During busy seasons (like back-to-school or holiday campaigns), production times may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and occasionally other trusted carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • If your order is part of a school or team campaign, pickup at a designated location (like a school) may be available at no charge — this option will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

  • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Local Pickup

  • If available, you can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.

Tracking & Liability

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

  • Once USPS has possession of the package, Branded by BC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

  • USPS Priority Mail includes insurance. If there is an issue with your package after it leaves our hands, you’ll need to contact USPS directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist you in providing the information needed to start a claim with USPS, but resolution will ultimately be handled by the carrier.

 

International Shipping

  • At this time, Branded by BC only ships within the United States. (If you’d like us to ship elsewhere, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do!)
